my story

Yoga has been a massively positive force in my own life – and something that I can’t wait to share with you. I started classes over 10 years ago, but it was only once I began a daily practice that I witnessed its truly transformative effects on both body and mind. This inspired me to embark on my teacher training journey, which I am currently undertaking at The House of Yoga in Putney, London.

I plan to offer Vinyasa Flow classes throughout Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. These will start in the village of Langley (7-8pm on Monday evenings), once the current public-health situation allows. Stay tuned for further updates, and get in contact if you have any questions or just want to chat yoga in the countryside…
